How your information is handled.

What we collect

When you submit the home-value questionnaire, we collect:

• Property details: address, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, condition, upgrades, and notes.
• Your plans: selling timeline and next move.
• Contact details: name, email, and phone number if you provide it.
• Whether you opted in to optional market updates.
• Campaign information: the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters and advertising click IDs), the referring page, and the landing page, plus the submission time.

How it’s used

Your information is used to prepare your requested home valuation and to contact you about it. Campaign information is used to understand which advertising is useful. If you opt in to market updates, we may also send those; you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your information.

How it’s stored

Submissions are stored in a secured database. The website can add new submissions but cannot read them back; access is limited to Joshua Heraldez and the service providers needed to operate the site.

Analytics and cookies

Campaign information is held in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. Where analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they measure visits, button clicks, and completed requests.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted by replying to any message you receive from Joshua. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law.
